Twice a year, the Eaton consulting and support teams will provide upgrade services to apply product patches to application servers. This service ensures the latest version of the application is available in production use and provides the most current feature set, product fixes, operating system security enhancements and more.

Health check services

With our health-check services, we’ll conduct an application and architecture assessment twice a year to evaluate your server resources, operating system and application versions, database configurations, and the overall health of your installation. The assessment will identify any exceptions in the configuration or utilization of key resources, along with suggestions for remedies that are designed to ensure your application servers continue to perform for the stated amount of time or with a defined growth of devices and data collection.

Paid development services

Paid development services are available to enhance your software when you desire new features, enhancements and/or third-party software integrations.

Technical support services

Support is available from our global technical support team via our online portal, email and phone. Customers of these services can open new cases, manage existing cases, review prior cases and access our integrated Knowledgebase, which includes a series of self-service videos related to product features.
