XT IEC contactors for DC switching

Built to last, XT IEC contactors for DC applications will save you both time and money. They are designed for current ranges of 300 A and 600 A, respectively. The XT IEC devices are capable of a higher number of electrical switching operations and thus have a longer life span compared to similar devices. This makes these IEC contactors a maintenance-free and reliable component in any machine and system.

  • With up to 150,000 electrical switching operations, the XT IEC contactors for DC switching offer a service life that is six times longer than that of comparable devices
  • Low wear of the switching contacts due to the very short arcing time
  • Switching them on and off is simple: either using a conventional design or by means of a programmable logic controller (PLC)
  • The opening and closing times of the main contacts are very short
  • Compact size
  • A wide operating voltage range from 110 V to 250 Vac, and from 110 V to 350 Vdc
  • Simple handling through bidirectional switching (polarity-independent)
