Capri ADCS & ADCC - Cable glands for flexible & rigid conduits

The ADCC and ADCS is a widely approved cable gland for use connecting a cable and conduit system. With a range of materials and male and female thread options to cover all requirements.

The ADCC is a fixed connection, while the ADCS incorporates a swivel design to allow for use with long rigid conduit runs. Should be used in conjunction with appropriate termination for flexible conduits.

Available as gland only or in pre-packed kit form for ease of ordering. Refer to our ADE Gland Accessories for further matching accessories.

How to install ADCC and ADCS cable glands with rigid or flexible conduit

Threaded junction for rigid or flexible conduit on the Capri ADCC

ADCC: threaded junction for rigid or flexible conduit

Provide female thread for conduit connection which includes a non-armoured cable run.
Swivel connection to rigid conduit on the Capri ADCS

ADCS: swivel connection to rigid conduit

Provide female thread for rigid conduit connection and independent union for installation ease. Multiple female thread options available for rigid conduit.

Fitted dust cover

An easily removable integral dust cover ensures protection against dust/water entry prior to cable assembly and without an additional plug. Protecting the electrical equipment during transportation and delivery until the cable is ready to be fitted.

Designed and certified for use in the most severe environments

The Capri ADCC and ADCS are the best solutions for extreme operating temperatures from -60°C to +140°C. The seal material on Eaton's Capri series of cable glands has been carefully formulated to achieve optimal performance. Rated to IP66 and IP68 the Capri ADCC and ADCS are dust-tight and can withstand being completely submerged in water continuously.
