TCP/IP Network interface for addressable fire systems

The interface’s built in configuration server manages up to 256 IP devices on 1 IP channel, without a dedicated management PC. The easy to understand diagnostic LEDs, enable installers to easily install and troubleshoot the device, without the need for expert knowledge or dedicated troubleshooting tools. The TCP/IP interface, for addressable fire systems, is a secure network infrastructure device that’s used for accessing the Eaton Lon network of addressable control panels over intranet or ethernet. The TCP/IP interface supports DHCP even with changing IP addresses in an intranet environment. To connect the Eaton Lon network via an intranet, a minimum of two TCP/IP interface's are required. The first must be configured as a 'configuration server' and the second as a 'client'.
