How do I register?
If you already have a My.Eaton.com account with Eaton, please click Sign In and enter your credentials. You will be prompted to set up a multi-factor authentication using Google authenticator or SMS. After the MFA is set, you will be authenticated and allowed access to the portal.
If you do not have a MyEaton account, please click on Sign In, then click the Sign Up link. You will be prompted to register as a user. After registration form is submitted, you will receive an email to activate the account. Upon activation, you will be authenticated and allowed access to the portal.
I do not see an API product for which I have interest. What are my options?
Try looking on the API Catalog page. Please contact your Eaton representative to understand what may be available.
I have created an App and I have API credentials, but they don’t work yet for the APIs I want to use. What do I do?
After you request access to an API product, it typically requires approval by the Eaton API product owner. You can start using the credentials after it that request has been approved. The App page will show the status of your request, such as “pending approval” or “enabled.”
I want to do a performance test in my environment against Eaton’s API. Which API product can I use?
