Our UPS and battery systems are backed by a standard factory warranty, so you know you’re getting the performance and reliability you need. The chart below details the startup and warranty coverage for your UPS, battery and power distribution equipment.

*The period covered in this warranty for product installed (and currently located) in the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 12 months from the date of product purchase or 18 months from the date of product shipment, whichever occurs first, for parts coverage and 90 days from the date of product purchase for labor coverage. The period covered by this warranty for product installed (and currently located) outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia is 12 months from the date of product purchase or 18 months from date of product shipment, whichever comes first, for parts coverage.
