The Power Xpert Dashboard (PX Dashboard) is the user portal to Eaton’s switchgear, motor control centers, switchboards, and panelboards. A state-of-the-art multi-touch HMI provides the user with a touchscreen interface showing the elevation view, one-line diagrams, energy usage, and timeline of the assembly line-up. The Power Xpert Dashboard allows users to monitor, diagnose and control devices from a safe location outside the arc flash boundary.
Eaton’s Power Xpert Dashboard is an intuitive, innovative way to improve your safety and efficiency, allowing for seamless operation. Take your systems into the future with a touch. Operate from almost anywhere. Focus on what matters most.
Power Xpert Dashboard is offered in three different experiences, designed to aggregate data optimally.
PX Dashboard Lite (PXDBL)
PXDBL interacts with low-voltage panelboards and switchboards in applications that include hospitals, universities and water/wastewater facilities. Designed to aggregate data from electronic meters and Eaton’s Power Xpert Release trip units.
PX Dashboard (PXDB)
PXDB interacts with Power Xpert Dashboard Lite (PXDBL)low and medium-voltage switchgear assemblies, and motor control centres. Designed to aggregate device data from electronic meters and trip units, relays and diagnostic sensors.
PX Dashboard Campus (PXDBCP)
PXDBCP sharpens your vision facility-wide by collecting and aggregating data across your campus or facility from multipleconnected assemblies from a single location.
Power distribution technology does not change often, but when it does, Eaton is there. Eaton’s Power XpertT Dashboard Lite (PXDBL) is an intuitive, innovative way to improve your safety and efficiency, allowing for seamless operation. Take your panelboards and switchboards into the future with a touch. Operate from almost anywhere. Focus on what matters most.

Benefits of PX Dashboard Lite
Designed specifically for industrial environments in a compact design that only requires convection cooling
Stringent EMI design requirements helps to ensure functionality in the most difficult EMI situations, delivering high reliability
Mounting options are provided for panel mounting or DIN rail, allowing installation flexibility
Optional APPs for increased functionality
Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System APP provides the ability to control electronic trip units.
Setpoints APP provides set point viewing and programming with settings file management.
Control APP provides control of circuit breaker trip units to allow open/close and Arcflash Reduction Maintenance Mode activation.
Upstream Ethernet data (Modbus TCP, BACNET/IP), allows for cloud connectivity
Switchgear technology does not change often, but when it does, Eaton is there. Eaton’s Power XpertT Dashboard is an intuitive, innovative way to improve your safety and efficiency, allowing for seamless operation. Take your systems into the future with a touch. Operate from almost anywhere. Focus on what matters most.

Benefits of the PX Dashboard
Displays elevation view, one-line diagrams, timeline and documentation
Displays highest PPE level or incidental energy in the gear, and indicates the breakers that are ARMs-enabled
Remote notification, analysis and on-board documentation, which dramatically decreases time to find and repair electrical system problems
Dynamic coordination, high resistance ground, bus differential, transfer schemes and dynamic arc flash calculations together provide premium protection and control functions for the electrical system
The PXDBCP is designed to be self-contained in a centralised location within a large facility or campus setting. Its purpose is to aggregate important operations information about downstream, Dashboard-enabled power distribution assemblies.
Improve your efficiency by monitoring power distribution equipment from a single location.
Benefits of the PX Dashboard Campus
Connects up to 32 dashboards in low and medium-voltage assemblies, including panelboards, motor control centres, switchboards and switchgear
Energy-load grouping functionality aggregates and stores data in 5-minute intervals in order to help meet ASHRAE 90.1 energy code requirements
System notification dramatically decreases time to find and repair electrical system problems
HMI interface means convenience for the operator, engineer or maintenance personnel
Decreases time required for troubleshooting and repair
Increased equipment communication improves reliability and efficiency
