Start charging from the app

1. If you have more than one charging station registered in the app, select the one you want to use.
2. Go on the dashboard screen
3. Click the "Start charging" button at the bottom of the screen.

Stop charging from the app

1. Go on the dashboard screen
2. Click the "Stop charging" button at the bottom of the screen.

Restrict the usage of my EV charger

By default, your EV charger is in "Plug & Start" mode. It means that when you plug in the cable, the charge will start automatically.

In cases, where it is required to control charging session via app only, disable "Plug & charge using settings menu. 

The charge won't start

Online mode

1. Is the EV charger turned on (you should see a green light).
2. Unplug the car and plug it again. Make sure you hear the locking mechanism of your car securing the plug. 
3. Initiate charge session again via the app.

Local mode

1. Try the steps for the online mode.
2. Be sure to be in close range of EV charger.
