Factory reset

If you want to restore your EV charger to its initial factory configuration, follow these steps: 

  • Go to the charging stations list screen, 
    • If you are already viewing the EV charger screens, click the arrow icon in the upper left corner to return to the charging station list screen. 
  • Click the three-dots icon (...), 
  • Select Delete, 
  • Choose Delete Charger and Data, 
  • Follow the instructions from the app.
