Before proceeding to the pairing, please make sure to set up your account and to have a cellular or Wi-Fi network available on the mobile phone.

In order to pair the EV charger with your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Start the mobile app

2. Log in if you are not connected

3. The app will re-direct you to the welcome screen automatically. If the EV charger is already linked to your account, use the "plus" icon on the EV charger's list.

4. Packaged with the EV charger, you will find a green leaflet. Scan it to register your EV charger.

5. Specify a name for the EV charger. This will help distinguish the EV charger in case multiple chargers are registered.

6. Set up your EV charger starting with configuring the country and the charging mode. For more information on scheduling and power configuration, refer to Scheduling and Power Setup <add page link>

7. Choose the operating mode of your EV charger (online or offline). Connect the EV charger to the Internet for the online mode to work properly.

8. The mobile app will ask for permission to connect to the EV charger as a hotspot. Accept the forms and grant the necessary permission to access the local network.

9. The app will configure the EV charger automatically (it may take a few seconds).
