Final Distribution Boards

xComfort BF

The xComfort BF flat distribution board stands out for its flat design. This compact enclosure series is available both in a surface-mounted as well as in flush-mounted/hollow-wall version and can be used in residential and commercial buildings.

xComfort BF is and approved according to EN62208 and comes with an extensive range of boards from 2 to 7 rows with a capacity to fit in 48 to 231 module units. In addition, the DIN-rail rack can be completely removed for an efficient installation of modular devices. All boards are made of solid sheet steel with a powder-coated polyester finish, available in two colors (White RAL 9016 or Grey RAL 7035) and come with either a solid or transparent door.

By using Eaton's innovative online configurator, you can create your individual system from a variety of colors, doors, rows, and modular switching and protection devices.

xComfort BF multimedia board

The xComfort BF range includes a 2 to 5-row multimedia distribution board, which comes with a mounting plate and a transparent door that offers a significantly improved wireless connection compared to standard metal doors. The multimedia distribution board meets all the requirements of IEC/EN 62208 and is available as a flush-mounted or hollow-wall solution.

xComfort BF-U-3S: The new series for enhanced customization!

The BF series has been expanded with narrow and wide 7-row distributors for even more flexibility! It offers optimized cable entries, N/PE screw terminal blocks, extra N-terminals on the side of the wall-pan and space for 48 to 231 module units.

Alternatively, you can also choose a pre-wired final distribution board. In this case, Eaton will provide you with a documentation package including a detailed design verification. IP41 upgrade for enhanced protection

The IP41 upgrade kit has been designed to increase ingress protection around the conductive parts (IP4X, wires/screws > 1 mm) and protection against vertically dripping water (IPX1). It is suitable for use with all surface-mounted (BF-O) and flush-mounted/hollow-wall assemblies (BF-U-2S..., type E) and offers enhanced protection in harsh environments.
