PowerXL DG1 certified commissioner update training is for those that have completed a full Eaton drives commissioning training in the past, have active Eaton VFD Commissioner status and have registered an Eaton drive startup, for one year warranty extension, in the last 12 months.  Completing PowerXL DG1 certified commissioner update training, as outlined below, will update your current commissioner status to include certification for the PowerXL DG1 general-purpose/industrial variable frequency drive.  Allowing you to extend the warranty of the Eaton PowerXL DG1 one year.

  Open form, complete the Product Training, Commissioner Update Training, DG1 Online demo and proof of registering an Eaton drive for one year warranty extension within the last 12 months.  Email to VFDtrainingES@eaton.com.

It gives a product overview, a breakdown of the hardware features, discusses the software advantages, gives an overview of the Power Xpert inControl PC configuration software, and outlines the documentation and sales tools available for the product.

  This training is designed to give Eaton certified drive commissioners updated certification status for the PowerXL DG1 adjustable frequency drive. It discusses product installation, wiring, I/O, communications, Power Xpert inControl PC configuration software, and commission procedures. It also gives the requirements in addition to this course to update your commissioner status.
