Your EV charger will be automatically updated if you set it up as an online charger. The EV charger will not be available during the firmware update process. A firmware update in progress is indicated by a pulsing orange light on the charger's LED indicator. 

In case the EV charger is offline, you will be notified if a firmware update is available when you connect your app to the EV charger. You can download the new firmware version using the three-dot icon (...) to the right of your EV charger name (on the charging stations list screen). 

Ensure you have a stable internet connection to download the firmware. After downloading the new firmware version, you can update your EV charger using the app.  

Finally, confirm that the firmware update was successful and reconnect to your EV charger. This concludes the firmware update process. 

Note: You can always check the current version of the installed firmware by going to settings using the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the app and then selecting Firmware.
