XC150 compact programmable logic controllers

With Eaton's Moeller series XC152, implementing automation tasks is fast and flexible, while keeping the footprint to a minimum. This is made possible by subdividing complex processes into smaller functional units that are easy to handle. The compact devices combine a powerful PLC with an integrated SmartWire-DT master and a variety of additional interfaces. Diagnostic and other information from the machine module can be displayed on a central HMI or an industrial PC using the web visualization function. In addition, the Ethernet interface enables the exchange of data with OPC clients, thereby facilitating the integration into modern automation solutions.

Flexible visualization

Diagnostic and other information from the machine module can be displayed on a central HMI or an industrial PC using the web visualization function. The web visualization as well as the PLC function are programmed using CODESYS 2 or 3. Remote visualization options are available using CODESYS resp. GALILEO.

Comprehensive interfaces

The XC152 offers various communication interfaces, including: SmartWire-DT, CAN, RS232, RS485, Profibus and Ethernet. Via the Ethernet interface, data can also be exchanged with OPC clients, thereby facilitating the connection to a central control and visualization system.

Integrated solutions

The XC152 supports the proven SmartWire-DT communication system. It thus enables the saving of control current wiring to the sensors and actuators and simplifies commissioning through improved diagnostic options. Costs for design, commissioning and maintenance are significantly reduced.
