XV100 HMI PLC

Eaton's Moeller  series XV100 touch display series offers compact, powerful and flexible solutions for all automation applications where space is limited. The devices can either be used as HMI control panels or optionally as HMI/PLC combinations with integrated PLC function. The XV100 devices are equipped with a TFT display with resistive-touch technology that is available in sizes ranging from 3.5 inches to 10.4 inches. In addition to the built-in Ethernet interface, CAN, PROFIBUS, RS232 and RS485 interfaces and connection to SmartWire-DT are also available, depending on the device type.

HMI/PLC with XV-102 touch display

The XV-102 touch panels, available in 3.5-inch, 5.7-inch (4:3 format) and 7-inch (16:9 format) variants, provide a compact yet powerful solution for any automation application where space is limited. The devices come in a plastic housing and can also be used in portrait mode. If required, the integrated RAM can be easily expanded by means of an SD card. In addition to Ethernet and SmartWire-DT interfaces, CAN, PROFIBUS, RS232 and RS485 interfaces are also available, depending on the device type.

Convenient visualisation for the easyE4

With the XV100 the easyE4 gets an optimal partner. Created projects are conveniently visualized via the XV-102...-1E4 touch display. The 3.5" display XV-102-A0-35TQRB-1E4 as well as the 5.7" variant XV-102-A3-57TVRB-1E4 , which both run with GALILEO as standard, offer a cost-effective solution for decentralized and powerful visualization.

HMI/PLC with XV-152 touch display

The XV-152 touch panels stand out for their rugged metal housing and their comprehensive functionalities. Available with 5.7-inch, 8.4-inch and 10.4-inch displays (all in 4:3 format), the devices are the perfect fit for demanding PLC and HMI applications. In combination with SmartWire-DT, they enable the implementation of control, visualization and data management tasks with state-of-the-art networking options.

Programming and visualization

The XV100 touch display PLCs can be programmed using CODESYS V2 or CODESYS V3. The visualization can be implemented using Eaton’s GALILEO software. In addition, it is also possible to use CODESYS for visualization purposes. The SWD-Assist software, which is available free of charge, supports the configuration of the SmartWire-DT cable. And thanks to the integrated parts-list function, order processing is quick and easy.
