The B-Line series residential single position electrical meter sockets do not include a bypass and are available in either a surface or flush mount. They house the utilities' electrical watt-hour meters in both residential and commercial building in a 100 amp meter socket to 200 amp meter socket. The sockets are either ringless or ring type and are constructed of a NEMA Type 3R ANSI 61 grey painted finish enclosure to help protect from the elements. For ring type units, an aluminum snap ring is also included. Models are available for either overhead or underground applications. Models offered for northeastern utilities can be configured as overhead or underground meter socket. These sockets feature a ringless cover and come in Type 3R construction with 16 gauge galvanneal/galvanized steel.

The B-Line series single position, safety socket/test block bypass meter sockets are constructed in a ring-type design and come in a surface or flush mount. The ring type NEMA Type 3R ANSI 61 gray painted finished units also feature an isolatable neutral as standard for solar installations and include 100 amp to 200 meter box units.
