CEMS offers safety critical, high reliability electronics manufacturing solutions through a broad range of contract printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) services, including: 
Surface mount technology (SMT) assembly
Manufacturing demanding SMT assemblies to customer specifications using advanced DEK printers and ASM Siplace machines. Supporting components from 01005 to 200x100mm, including uBGA and CSP, we deliver cost-effective, high-yield SMT solutions.
Conventional through-hole technology
Our advanced selective soldering delivers repeatable, reliable joints on complex double-sided PCBAs. We support wave soldering for leaded and lead-free assemblies, plus IPC-A-610 Class 3 hand assembly for highest-reliability applications.
Selective solder and wave soldering technology
Our selective and wave soldering machines allow us to achieve consistent quality and process control when assembling boards which have multiple ground and power planes, high-current connectors or A-typical distribution of components.
New product introduction
Leveraging years of new product development and manufacturing expertise, we help customers efficiently transform concepts into market-ready products, reducing time-to-market and costs while ensuring a smooth development journey.
Inspection methods
In addition to the ubiquitous binocular microscopes used throughout the plant, our in-house inspection tools include ersascope macro-optical inspection and 5-axis 3 dimensional X-ray.
Design for manufacture and test (DFM&T) support
Our experienced engineering team provides early PCBA design feedback, optimizing manufacturability, reducing redesign costs, accelerating time-to-market, and ensuring cost-effective production without compromising functionality or quality.
Special processes
We offer a variety of less common processes, including the use of high melting point solders and potting.

RoHS regulations


We continue to provide full lead-based processing for exempt category product, while also having invested in lead-free equipment and process control.
