Three tiers of software professional services

With Software Professional Services, Eaton offers three levels of service options tailored for you to get the most out of your software investment: Remote-start, Quick-start and Full-start.

With Remote-start, Eaton experts will install and configure the platform for you with eight total hours of expert assistance consisting of configuration and training. Then Eaton will turn the keys over to you to continue to add your additional devices, locations, racks, and data. Remote-start service includes:

  • Remote installation of the OS and Eaton software package
  • Configuration of networking and server requirements

  • Limited creation of locations, racks and other physical devices

  • Auto-discovery of devices

The most popular option, Quick-start will dedicate a Professional Services Engineer (PSE) up to three days on-site or remotely for installation, configuration and in-depth testing and user training. You will learn the tools you need to successfully monitor and manage your infrastructure. Quick-start service includes all Remote-start services as well as:

  • Full-project management

  • Detailed statement of work document

  • On-site training

  • Auto-discovery and placement of devices, locations and floorplans

Don’t lift a finger with Comprehensive-start: let Eaton's PSEs handle project management, installation, configuration and onboarding directly on-site with you and your team. This level of service handles all aspects of deployment for you.

  • We do it all!
