Thanks to their flexible design, the M22 series RMQ Titan pilot devices are suitable for use in diverse applications and processes. The modular system, allows the dimensions, materials and colours of the front elements to be adapted to your specific application. By using dual and multicolour LEDs, the buttons are able to display separate machine states simultaneously. The emergency-stop / emergency power-off buttons are suitable for global use, tamper-proof and have been equipped with positively opening contacts.

The Moeller series emergency-stop buttons provide immediate and safe shutdown to protect machinery, systems and people in their vicinity. The pushbuttons are tamper-proof, certified for global use and are safe to use in any environment and situation.

RMQ small e-stop: small device, big impact!

The small emergency-stop button combines functionality, safety and a unique, compact design. The small e-stop is an innovative control element that stands out due to its compact size and novel illumination system. The innovative 360° illuminated ring ensures improved visibility and thus increases the safety of the machines and systems. Thanks to comprehensive approvals and certificates and modularity with the entire RMQ range, it can be used easily and flexibly in a wide variety of applications.

Resilient and powerful at the same time

The M22-RJ45-CAT6A panel jack provides reliable and easy access to the control cabinet technology. Parameterisation, configuration and programming of the control cabinet is significantly simplified. It impresses with its high IP65 protection rating and transmission frequencies of up to 500 MHz, which enables Ethernet applications up to 10 Gigabit. The M22-RJ45-CAT6A fits seamlessly into the RMQ-Titan range and can be easily integrated into a wide variety of applications.

Easy integration. Clever communications.

In addition to standard wiring, the RMQ Titan series also allows for easy integration into any automation architecture via all common types of field bus systems. The complete devices can be directly connected to field bus systems such as AS-i or SmartWire-DT via the integrated M12 and M8 connectors The SmartWire-DT wiring system makes the pilot devices of the RMQ family are communications capable, which ensures greater efficiency in all workflows.

Rapid detection of machine states, thanks to the many different colour options of the MCI Multicolour Light Indicator

The multicolour M22 LED element offers a level of versatility hitherto unknown from conventional indicator lights. The MCI can display up to 16 million colours. Thanks to various flashing frequencies and dimmability the MCI can be optimally adapted to existing lighting conditions. The SmartWire-DT master is used to control and configure the Multicolour element.

RMQ Flat Enclosure is the smallest housing device of its kind and turns safety-relevant components into stylish design elements for every machine and system. It allows for a maximum of flexibility in endless applications thanks to the RMQ Flat Rear flat electromechanical contact elements that are easily combinable with the rest of the RMQ assortment.

Thanks to the integrated label editor, it is possible to individually adapt the RMQ pilot devices flexibly, quickly and at low cost. The label editor supports the creation of customer- and project-specific inscriptions.
