easyE4 nano programmable logic controllers

The easyE4 control relay is ideal for efficiently managing small to medium-complexity applications. It offers flexible visualization options via mobile devices using the integrated web server and web editor, or through easyE Remote Touch Displays. Native connectivity to Amazon Web Services (AWS) supports cloud integration.

With built-in Ethernet and Modbus TCP client/server functionality, easyE4 enables seamless communication across system components. Additional modules for Modbus RTU and SmartWire-DT enhance its capabilities, making it a smart relay for machine and system monitoring. These features, combined with its mini-PLC functions, make easyE4 a powerful microcontroller ready for IoT architectures.

Scalable software solutions - easySoft

Eaton’s easySoft software is used to program easy controllers and displays. The software provides circuit diagram input, editing and the diagrams can be displayed in the format desired. An integrated offline simulation tool allows users to test a circuit diagram before commissioning. It supports users who are configuring, programming and defining parameters for all of the intelligent relays and creating visualization functions for the MFD displays.

Texts and parameters can be displayed and adjusted directly on the easyE4 using the built-in display. The ‘easy’ Remote Touch Display acts as the remote control for your application, mirroring the contents of the easyE4 in color and allowing you to control it – all without having to program the RTD. The display is available in 4.3" as plug & work solution and offers an alternative to a multi-function display.
