Perform accurate cable impedance calculations

The cable impedance calculation module (ZMAT) calculates the electrical parameters for cables required for performing load flow and short-circuit studies at the power frequency (50/60 Hz). The impedance calculation is performed after a successful steady-state ampacity or temperature simulation. The final results include the positive and zero sequence impedances and admittances for all cables in the installation.

This module provides a report that displays all impedance and admittance matrices, including the primitive matrices per section per metallic component, the bonding matrices, the phase and circuit matrices and the symmetrical component matrices.
