Eaton’s high pressure nitrogen inerting gas systems reduce the risk of fire in enclosed electronics areas by eliminating electric discharge. This critical safety system is used in a variety of applications such as low altitude navigation and targeting infrared for night (LANTIRN) infrared laser pod systems on fixed-wing military aircraft.
With our expertise in designing custom and off-the-shelf high pressure gas storage cylinders, precision gas management devices and related components, we have proven success in managing pressure ranges up to 12,000 psi. and incorporate materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass, Monel and Inconel® into our pressure vessel designs. For optimal system performance we recommend our complementary Eaton components which include solenoid valves, fill valves, pressure regulators, and pressure relief valves.
