Our cloud-based solution is designed to meet Installer’s requirements to remotely monitor, review, interrogate and update their customers' systems in real time. Designed with cybersecurity in it's DNA, the remote servicing package exceeds the standard BS9263 by offering automated report classification, enabling the the installer to focus on installations that are in need of attention.
SecureConnect™ can be easily paired with our i-on Generation 2 control panels (i-on Compact, i-on40H, i-onG2SM, i-onG3MM and i-onG3LM), making it the ideal solution for security systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Automatic Remote Servicing is a new, free-to-use installer tool that generates an automatic report of the system health using a simple traffic light classification system. This allows you to focus on the systems that need attending to instead of those that are healthy.
Our secure remote solution helps to replace a 6 monthly physical maintenance visit with an Automatic Remote Service, or as added value, conduct monthly services to offer an enhanced servicing routine for your customers.
Installers are given the freedom to select when the next service will occur and then hand it over to the automated scheduler for either monthly or bi-annual automatic remote services, helping to reduce business costs and time and effort spent per site.
The online SecureConnect™ portal allows you to connect multiple devices with the Cloud, enabling the ability to extend your security system to fit the needs of the installation. Navigate through your customers' systems using a virtual keypad which acts as a user-friendly interface designed to deliver control and convenience while monitoring your systems remotely.
